Chief Operating Officer

A change leader and process improvement specialist with 20 years of experience, Nic transforms teams and operations for top brands like AT&T and DIRECTV. Often dubbed the "Mary Poppins" of the corporate world, he's known for streamlining processes, building high-performing teams, and eliminating bottlenecks with precision. When he’s not optimizing operations, Nic enjoys cheering on his kids at soccer games, hustling at the pool table, chasing a disc golf ace, or dominating his fantasy football league.

Tanya Martineau

Chief Marketing Officer

An award-winning photographer, filmmaker, nonprofit co-founder, and marketing guru, Tanya has built and led several creative brands with a passion for storytelling and driving change. With 17 years of experience, she’s produced impactful work for brands like NBC Sports, National Geographic, and Lululemon, taking an ethical and creative approach to every project. Whether on set or discussing brand strategy, Tanya brings insight and curiosity to all she does. A world traveler, capoeirista, motorcyclist, and aspiring kimchi master, she’s always ready for the next adventure.

Abdelrahman Salah

Chief Technology Officer

With a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving, Salah thrives on crafting innovative solutions as a Software Engineer. His expertise in robotics and aviation fuels his drive for continuous learning, always pushing the boundaries of what's possible. When he's not coding, you'll find him diving into films from all genres, offering movie recommendations to anyone who will listen. A devoted husband and father, Salah cherishes time with his family. Outside of work, he's often swimming, playing squash, or staying up-to-date with the latest in tech.
